摘要
分析和研究了一种现有的环境价值估算模型，指出了该模型的缺陷和局限性；根据效用和福利经济学理论，探讨了一个基于医疗保健水平的环境治理价值的估算模型，给出了相应的估算方法及技术，并通过一个简单的例子对该方法进行了说明．
An existing models to estimate the
environmental value are summarized, and its shortcomings and limitings are pointed out. An
estimating model is studied and discussed on the medical and health level with the aids of the
Utility Theory and the Welfare Economical Theory. A relevant estimating step and technology are
given. The method is examined by a simple example.
