当前,需要澄清人民币升值以及货币战争的事实真相。近日我国人民币汇率波动不断扩大符合汇率变化的基本规律,并非超出常规。目前的货币战争来自美元贬值,美元应增强分担风险的责任意识,成为真正意义上的实力和势力货币。当前应该打消人民币升值预期,引导舆论理性认识人民币合理价格。最为紧迫的任务是健全和完善人民币参考一篮子货币的机制,而非价格走势。

At present,it＇s necessary to clarify the truth of RMB appreciation and currency war.That fluctuation of RMB exchange rate has recently expanded is in line with the basic laws for changes in exchange rates,not abnormal.The current currency war results from the depreciation of the US dollar.It＇s necessary for the US dollar to strengthen the sense of risk sharing responsibility,and become a real currency with strength and power.It＇s compulsory to dispel the expectation of renminbi appreciation at present and guiding public opinions towards a rational understanding of the RMB at a reasonable price.The most urgent task is to improve and perfect the renminbi referring mechanism to a basket of currencies,rather than price tendency.
