摘要
针对投资项目评价问题，运用灰色系统理论和逐一比较法，提出了一个投资项目的灰色综合评价的方法。
On the
basis of general method of least squares, a grey comprehensive evaluation method is put forward
to make investment in programs, combined with the Grey System Theory and “comparison
judgements of any factor with each factor pairwise”. An example is given to explain the method.
The result shows that this method is rational, simple and practical in calculation.
