摘要
为了解决电机故障的在线诊断,首先对电机的系统动态模型参数进行在线最小二乘估计,根据估计的系统模型参数的变化,利用基于模型参数估计方法实现系统故障检测。根据模型参数的检测诊断方程,识别系统的故障因素,结合应用实例,证明其方法是可行有效的。
In order to solve motor fault on-line diagnosis,first the system dynamic model parameters for a motor by the on-line least square estimation is performed,and changes in the system model parameters are detected and then the model-based parameter estimation method is used to obtain fault detection.According to the diagnosis equations for the model parameters,the system failure factors can be identified,and combined with application examples,it proves that the method is feasible and effective.
