摘要
利用乙醚提取了新疆油田和江汉油田的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)在API培养基中的代谢产物,并借助K-D浓缩器将提取液浓缩,采用气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析研究了提取液的总离子流图,同时利用透射电镜分析和观察了两油田SRB的形貌.结果表明,利用乙醚提取细菌代谢产物,特征峰明显,分析方法快捷有效;
To
control microbiocically induced corrosion, it is necessary that species of SRB are identified.
The metabolites of SRB from Jianghan Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield in API media are extracted
by ether. The extracting solution is concentrated by K D concentrator, and identified using Gas
Chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry (MS) techniques. Micro structural
characterizations of both SRB are observed by using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM).
The result showed that the main metabolite of Xinjiangs SRB is propanoic acid, the main one
of Jianghans SRB is benzoic acid and SRB from two oilfields are different to size and micro
structural characterization.
