基于有限元的通信车厢体结构设计改进

摘要 我军目前装备的通信车厢体强度和刚性均采用较大安全系数设计,其重量与装载设备总重量的比值一般在1.2∶1左右,汽车底盘有效运载能力低,使车辆的越野性、机动性和动力储备受到严重影响,系统扩展性受到制约。通过车厢结构的改进设计使其重量与装载设备总重量的比值达到1∶1,既降低成本,提高性价比,又提高了通信车的综合作战能力。 At present,strength and rigidity of the military communication vehicle has adopted large safety coefficients,the ratio of carriage weight to communication equipment loading is 1.2∶1,so the effecitive load capacity of chassis is low,severely affecting the cross-country capability,mobility,power reservation and its loading expanding capability.Through improved design in carriage,the ratio of carriage weight to communication equipment loading is decreased to 1∶1.So,the cost is reduced and its performance to price ratio is enhanced.In additions,its comprehensive combat ability is improved.
