摘要
当前生产上应用的长豇豆品种众多,且商业品种间的遗传相似性愈来愈高,种子质量纠纷时有发生。本研究以44份核心长豇豆种质为试材,利用普通豇豆DNA序列信息,通过生物信息学方法自主设计开发适用于长豇豆研究的SSR引物,从中筛选出10对诊断性引物,在此基础上建立基于SSR分子标记技术的长豇豆种子纯度快速检测方法,可满足长豇豆种子产业化的需要。
Current application of large number of commercial asparagus bean cultivars with very high genetic similarity caused more and more disputes on seed quality.In this research,a set of SSR markers for asparagus bean were developed based on a bioinformatics-based approach.Ten of these markers were defined as diagnostic markers by genotyping a core collection of asparagus bean consisting of 44 lines.Based on this,a rapid and precise SSR-based procedure for asparagus bean seed quality surveying was established,which would meet the demand of rapidly developing asparagus bean industry.
