住宅性能评价组合赋权方法研究

Research on method of combination weighting of residential performance assessment

在建立了住宅性能综合评价指标体系基础上,提出了指标体系内部结构关系;基于组合赋权的概念,提出采用主、客观赋权相结合的方法,经过专家直接打分法、主成份分析法分别确定指标体系的主、客观权重,并基于主、客观评价值与最终组合权重评价值总离差平方和最小的方法,求解出最终的组合评价权重.

The internal structure of index system was pointed out in this paper,based on the index system of residential performance assessment to be built.According to the concept of combination weighting method and using the method of subjective and objective weightings,the subjective and objective weightings of index system were established through methods of experts scoring directly and principal component analysis.The combination weighting was solved by using method of minimizing deviation squares between subjective,objective evaluation value and combination assessment value.
