摘要
主要对建筑工程项目的风险分析和管理进行了综述,着重探讨了建筑工程项目风险的特点和风险类型,论述了建筑工程项目全面风险管理的各个方面,并介绍了我国的风险管理模式。
Risk analysis and management in construction project has been discussed in the paper. The emphasis is on the characteristics and categories of risks in construction. The every aspect of enterprise risk management in construction project is involved, and the risk management models in China are also introduced.
