The high speed rolling mill of Tianjing Steel Works is the advanced level in the world in 1990' s. It is the 6th generation, the newlly mill introduced from Morgan comparny. The automatic control system is intruoduced from ABB Company. All the production processes and operations are conrtrolled by computer system.This paper imtroduces the principle of the control system, some improvement and complement in function.
