基于单片机控制的声音引导系统设计

摘要 目的设计并制作基于AT89S52单片机控制的声音引导系统。方法由小车和蜂呜器组成可移动声源系统,3个以有线方式连接的驻极体麦克风作为声音接收系统。蜂鸣器发出约3000Hz的音频信号,声音接收系统的单片机B控制麦克风接收该音频信号,对音频信号进行放大、滤波及整形后,得出误差信号,将分析结果经无线收发模块传到可移动声源平台的单片机A进行通信,单片机A通过控制PWM波的占空比,由LM293D驱动电路,达到精确控制小车电机的运动。结果蜂鸣器响,小车前进,到达Ox线后暂停5-10s,同时数码管显示平均速度;之后小车左转90°,声源继续发声,小车运动到中心点W后停止,数码管再次显示平均速度,比较好地实现了声音引导系统。结论设计方案简单实用,具有低功耗和高性价比的指标。 Aim Sound guidance system is designed and manufactured based on AT89S52 single chip computer. Methods The movable sound system is composed of car and buzzer, and the sound receiving system consists of three electret microphones connected by fixed wire. The buzzer sounds at about 3 000 Hz audio signals, which are received by the receiving system MCU (microprocessor control unit) B to control microphone, after the amplification, filtering and shaping of the audio signals, the error signals are obtained. The results of the analysis are transmitted to MCU A of sound movable source platform to communicate via the wireless transceiver module. MCU A can take precise control of motor car movement by controlling the PWM duty cycle and driving by LM293D. Results As buzzer sounds, the car goes forward, suspending after 5 - 10 s until it reaches the Ox line. Mean- while, the digital tube shows average speed; then the car turns left 90 degrees, the sound source continues to emit sound, the car stops until it moves to the center of W , the digital tube shows the average speed again. Therefore, the sound guidance system is realized pretty well. Conclusion This design is simple and practical, boasting low power consumption and high cost performance.
