摘要
目的针对传统注塑机油泵马达能耗高的问题,给出了一种采用永磁同步电机的交流伺服系统实现节能的改进方案。方法系统以TMS320F2812芯片为控制核心,采用矢量控制方式。结果在某生产企业的某型注塑机产品上获得了成功应用。结论实践表明系统动态性能良好,控制精度高,节能效果显著。
Aim In view of the problem of high energy consumption in pump motor in traditional plastics injection molding machine, energy improvement project based on ac servo system which used permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is presented, Methods The system with TMS320F2812 chip as control core adopts vector control. Results It has successfully applied in a certain type of injection production in some enterprise. Conclusion It is shown that the system, in practice, has a good dynamic performance, high control accuracy and remarkable energy saving effect.
