Four Combinations of China's Socialist Political System Reform

在中国进行政治体制改革,需要非凡的政治勇气和政治智慧。总结改革开放以来我国政治体制改革过程,形成了一些基本思路,主要是:在政治体制改革的指导思想上,坚持经济基础变革与上层建筑改革相结合;在政治体制改革的内容上,民主政治体制改革和行政管理体制改革相结合;在政治体制改革的方法上,原则的坚定性和策略的灵活性相结合;在政治体制改革的进度上,渐进发展与有所突破相结合。

This paper argues that China＇s political system reform requires extraordinary political courage and political wisdom.By summing up the process of our country＇s political system reform since the reform and opening-up policy,some basic ideas have been formed,out of which are： in terms of the guiding ideology of the political system reform,adhering to the combination of the economic base reform and that of superstructure,concerning the content of the political system reform,combining democratic political system reform with that of the administrative system,on the methods of the political system reform,combining the steadfastness of principles with the flexibility of strategies,and about the tempo of the political system reform,combining the progressive development with some sort of breakthrough.
