现代化的负面造成的精神生态与资源的问题,正在愈来愈强烈地成为人们关注的焦点,但合理化、规模化地将艺术管理介入精神生态的问题并不被看重;艺术管理作为介入整个社会形态下的特殊形式,通过它具有的创意传达和叙述运营过程,进一步实现其"作为意志和表象的世界"对大众精神领域的感染引导,以艺术管理的运营形式来促成艺术教育和健康精神生态的互动过程在倡导和谐社会的当代尤其必要。

Due to the side effect of modernization,the problems of the spiritual ecology and resources is becoming the central issue.However,how to integrate the arts management into the spiritual ecology in a rational and large-scale manner is not valued;as a special form to get involved in the whole social formation,arts management is trying to project its impact and guidance in the realm of spirit for the masses by means of its creative communication and narrative operation.Therefore,under the principle of advocating building harmonious society in the modern times,it is especially essential to promote the interactive process of art education and healthy spiritual ecology via the operational form of arts management.
