针对高速公路营运业务需高质、高效和便捷的新要求,提出了高速公路营运业务管理系统的总体设计思路,并对系统的设计原则和系统架构进行了介绍,对系统的功能模块进行了描述。系统具有可伸缩、易扩展、开放式的特点。达到全面提升高速公路营运单位的管理效益、决策能力和服务水平的目的。

Aiming at new requirements for highway operations,a design of highway operation management system is proposed.Its system design principles and system architecture（frame） are introduced,its overall structure of system and function modules are described.This system has advantages of stretch,extensible and open characteristics,which can make a full upgrading management benefits,decision making ability and service quality of highway operation units.
