摘要
建立车门启闭机构的数学模型,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱对车门启闭机构进行了优化设计及摩擦学分析.结果表明:得到的优化及摩擦学分析数据具有足够的精度,能满足设计需求,较好地控制了摩擦磨损量,有效地节约了材料.
Establishing mathematical model of door switching mechanism and calling optimization function to realize the optimization and tribological analysis of the door switching mechanism by using the optimization toolbox of MATLAB.The results show that the data from the optimization and tribological analysis is accurate enough to satisfy the requirement of mechanism design.It is better to control the loss of frictional wear and save the materials effectively.
