本文主要针对多晶硅生产中反应器的视镜问题进行分析,从温度分布、受力和结构等方面对反应器的视镜进行讨论,主要解决反应器在运行过程中由于循环热应力和结构应力,造成的视镜焊缝拉裂、泄漏、视角范围小等相关问题。

This paper mainly analyzes the problem of sight glass of reactor in the production of polycrystalline silicon, and discusses the sight glass of reactor from the aspects of temperature distribution, stress, structure ,etc. This paper mainly solves the weld crack, leak, small visual angle rang and other related questions during operating process due to circulating thermal stress and structural stress.
