摘要
多晶硅还原炉电源系统是多晶硅生产环节中极其重要的设备,对于保证生产的顺利进行和产品的工艺要求,起到了至关重要的作用。本文结合实际应用,重点介绍了多晶硅电气系统中的打压预热系统及大功率调压器系统。
The power supply system of polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace is very important equipment in production of polycrystalline silicon, it plays an important role in ensuring production goes smoothly and meeting the requirement for product process. Combining with the practical application, this paper introduces the preheating by increasing voltage and high-power voltage regulator system in electrical system of polycrystalline silicon in detail.
