井下侧向环形光源强度控制方法研究与实现

摘要 本文研究基于井下侧向多镜头成像系统的环形光源强度控制方法。发光源采用专用的LED,通过多路混联的方式组成环形光源。侧向多镜头成像系统的控制核心DSP(TMS320DM6437)通过I2C协议改变数字电位器(ISL22316)的阻值,从而改变LED驱动芯片(MAX1698)的输出电流,达到改变光源强度的目的,即实现了光源强度的闭环控制。通过实验验证:DSP通过I2C协议控制数字电位器的阻值在0Ω到50kΩ(共128级)之间变化,从而使得光源板的输入电流从0.0mA到78.8mA之间变化,较好地实现了光源强度的线性控制。 This paper studies the control method of the annular light source intensity for the underground lateral and more lens imaging system.The light source selects special LED and the annular light source is composed by series and parallel LEDs.The DSP(TMS320DM6437) is selected as the control core of the system,it alter the resistance of the digital potentiometer(ISL22316) through the I2C protocol to change the output current of LED drive chip(MAX1698) and then achieving the purpose of changing the light source intensity.Namely,realizing the closed-loop control of the light source intensity.The experiment show,the DSP control the resistance of the digital potentiometer changing from 0Ω to 50kΩ by the I2C protocol,So the input current of the annular light source change between 0.0mA and 78.8mA,better realizing the linear control of the light intensity.
