摘要
针对在某些测试条件下需要高采样频率的要求,提出一种基于一款可实现高采样频率AD转换芯片(AD9235)的弹载加速度测试系统设计方法。由CPLD控制该AD转换芯片进行模数转换并控制将转化的数据存储到非易失性铁电存储器中,该系统可实现高采样频率为2MHz,体积小,功耗低,耐高过载。经现场实验成功测得弹体在空气炮膛内做加速运动的加速度信号。采用MATLAB软件将系统采集的加速度信号曲线积分得到速度曲线,与现场采用光测速的方法测得的速度相吻合。
According to the requirement of high sampling frequency in some test conditions,a design method based on a high sampling frequency conversion chip (AD9235) of the missile acceleration test system is proposed.The data storage and conversion module are controlled by CPLD,the system has the following characteristics that sampling frequency for 2MHZ,small volume,low power consumption and high overload.Acceleration signal of the projectile in the air inside the life-weary taker is measured by field experiment.Getting the speed curve by integralling acceleration signal curve with MATLAB software,and the result is consistented with the speed measured by light.
