摘要
目的探讨男性乳腺癌的诊断和综合治疗方法。方法对33例男性乳癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，探讨影响生存率的主要因素。结果随访至2008年12月，2例局部复发，11例出现转移。结论男性乳腺癌是一种少见的恶性肿瘤。诊断主要依靠术后病理，淋巴结转移是影响预后的主要因素。综合治疗可能有助于提高生存率。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and compound therapy of male breast cancer. Methods 33 patients with male breast cancer were admitted and their documents were retrospectively analyzed. Results Follow up to December 2008,2 patients had recurrence, 11 patients had distant metastases. Conclusion Male breast cancer is an uncommon disease. The diagnosis is mainly taken on postoperative pathology, ancillary lymph node metastasis is the main factor of prognosis. Combined therapy probably could improve the survival rate.
