1989-2008年扬中市血吸虫病防治与流行规律分析

Analysis of schistosomiasis control and endemic rule in Yangzhong City,1989-2008

目的分析扬中市螺情与血吸虫病病情的关系,探索符合当前血防工作实际情况的防控指标。方法对1989-2008年扬中市血吸虫病防治资料进行回顾性分析,采用全国统一的血吸虫病达标县血吸虫病疫情资料回顾调查软件,建立血吸虫病疫情资料回顾调查数据库,分析疫情(螺情、病情)指标年间变化、有螺面积占历史面积比例、实现目标与防治时间关系等。结果 1989年和2008年,扬中市钉螺密度分别为0.055、0.141只/0.1m2,上升了156.36%;钉螺面积分别为42.04、277.36hm2,上升了559.77%;人群血清学检查阳性率分别为0.62%、0.48%,病原学检查阳性率分别为5%、0。1989-2008年未发生急性血吸虫感染。结论扬中市虽然螺情形势严峻,但通过行之有效地落实防治措施,血吸虫病疫情仍处于稳定状态。

Objective To explore the relationship between Oncomelania snails and schistosomiasis morbidity,so as to seek the actual schistosomiasis control indicators.Methods The data of schistosomiasis prevention and control were collected and analyzed from 1989 to 2008,the schistosomiasis endemic database was established.The yearly changes of endemic indicators（snails,mobidity）,the proportion of present to history of the areas with snails,the relationship between the control objectives and time and so on were analyzed statistically.Results The snail densities were 0.055 snails/0.1 m2 and 0.141 snails/0.1 m2 in 1989 and 2008,respectively,which had increased by 156.36%,and the areas with snails were 42.04 hm2 and 277.36 hm2,respectively,which had increased by 559.77%.The positive rates of schistosomiasis serum examinations of population were 0.62% and 0.48% in 1989 and 2008,respectively,and the positive rates of stool examinations were 5% and 0,respectively.There were no cattle in the entire city,and no acute schistosomiasis case was found from 1989 to 2008.Conclusion In Yangzhong City,although the snail situation is serious,the schistosomiasis endemic situation is stable through the implementation of effective prevention measures.
