本科学员导师绩效评价指标体系的构建 被引量:2

摘要 绩效评价可有效提高本科学员导师指导工作的积极性,有利于军队院校本科学员综合素质培养质量的提高。分析了平衡计分卡在本科学员导师绩效管理中应用的可行性。建立了包含学习与发展、过程管理和指导效果的导师绩效评价的三维度模型。并以此为依据,分别建立了教研室绩效评价指标体系和作为导师的教员绩效评价指标体系。
