30例腹膜透析辅助治疗狼疮性肾炎急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床观察

目的：探讨腹膜透析辅助治疗狼疮性肾炎急性肾功能衰竭患者的疗效。方法：选取我院2000年8月～2009年9月收治的30例狼疮性肾炎患者的临床资料，患者行肾活检明确病理，根据患者的病理和临床表现，应用激素和免疫抑制剂进行治疗，在药物治疗的基础上运用腹膜透析。随访3-10年，观察并记录患者的临床疗效。比较治疗前后血尿素氮、血肌酐、K＋Na＋ca＋浓度的改变及患者并发症发生情况。结果：在本组30例患者中有效22例，无效8例。对有效患者进行随访，在应用腹膜透析之后，患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐、K＋Na＋Ca＋浓度比治疗前有明显改善，比较差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：狼疮性肾炎患者在激素和免疫抑制剂治疗的基础上经过腹膜透析治疗后，能够控制肾损害的加重，改善肾功能，临床疗效满意值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the adjuvant treatment of peritoneal dialysis lupus nephritis in patients with acute renal failure patients. Methods： in our hospital in August 2000 - September 2009 30 patients were treated in patients with lupus nephritis clinical data of patients with clear renal biopsy pathology, according to the patient＇s pathology and clinical manifestations, corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents for treatment in drug therapy based on the use of peritoneal dialysis. Followed up for 3 to 10 years, observed and recorded the clinical efficacy. Before and after treatment blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, K ＋ Na ＋ Ca ＋ concentration changes and patient complications. Results： In this group of 30 patients, effective in 22 cases, 8 cases. Patients were followed up for effective, in the application of peritoneal dialysis, the patient＇s blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, K ＋ Na ＋ Ca ＋ concentration was significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： patients with lupus nephritis and immune inhibitors in hormone therapy based on treatment by peritoneal dialysis, renal damage can be increased control, improve renal function, clinical results were satisfactory worth promoting.
