正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床应用

目的：分析和探讨成人牙列间隙患者采用正畸治疗方法后的临床疗效。方法：对我院2008年6月～2010年6月期间收治的106例成人牙列间隙患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将全部患者分为2组，即对照组（采用可摘局部义齿）与观察组（实施正畸治疗）。结果：观察组53例成人牙列间隙患者在实施正畸修复综合治疗之后，临床疗效令人非常满意：牙齿咬牙合功能良好，发音准确，效果美观；并且都没有发生不良反应。结论：采用正畸修复综合疗法治疗成人牙列间隙患者具有非常好的临床疗效，为牙列间隙患者的修复提供了很好的临床条件，通过口腔修复前辅助性正畸治疗，为；临床修复提供了良好条件，其修复过程具有固位性、稳定性。

Conclusion ： Comprehensive orthodontic treatment of adult dentition repair the gap with a very good clinical efficacy in patients for rehabilitation of patients with dentition space provides a good clinical condition before restoration through the mouth and supporting orthodontic treatment provided for the clinical repair Good condition, the repair process with retention, stability, aesthetics, and many other features.
