摘要
目的实验4℃冰箱冷藏保存下，丙戊酸钠和卡马西平血药浓度一周的稳定性。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法TDx对丙戊酸钠和卡马西平一周内的血药浓度测定。结果一周内的丙戊酸钠血药浓度RSD％为3．82，1．31，2．89，卡马西平一周内的血药浓度RSD％为2．89，2．99，2．32。结论4℃冷藏环境下，丙戊酸钠和卡马西平的血药浓度在一周内是稳定的。
OBJECTIVE the experiment is about the stability of the concentration of carbanmazepine and Valproic acid in serum which is stored in refrigerator under 4℃ for a week. METHODS determine the concentration of carbanmazepine and Valproic acid in serum for a week by FPIA. RESULTS the RSD% of the concentration of carbanmazepine in serum for a week is 3.82,1.31,2.89 , the RSD% of the concentration of Valproic acid in serum for a week is 2.89,2.99,2.32. CONCLUSIONS the concentration of carbanmazepine and Valproie acid in serum under 4 ℃ environment for a week is stability.
