脑出血急性期并发上消化道出血的护理措施探讨

目的：探讨脑出廊急性期患者在急性早期和急性晚期并发上消化道出血的临床表现，并制定相应的护理措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年6月～2010年6月收治的脑出血合并上消化道出血患者的临床护理资料。结果：急性早期脑出血并上消化道出血，病情凶险，预后差，死亡率高，应以基础护理及药物治疗观察为主；急性晚期病情常隐匿，预后较好，护理的关键在预防，饮食护理与心理护理较为重要。结论：脑出血急性期并上消化道出血应根据并发上消化道出血时间的不同采取分层护理叮收到良好效果。
