髓芯减压、自体骨髓干细胞并同种异体骨移植治疗早期股骨头坏死 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析髓芯减压、自体骨髓干细胞并同种异体骨移植治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效,探讨其治疗的新途径。方法:对40例病例进行髓芯减压、自体骨髓干细胞并同种异体骨移植治疗。术前、术后进行Harris评分,结合患髋症状及影像学检查进行疗效评价。结果:平均随访27个月。Harris评分由术前45.8分增至术后76.2分。结论:本术式既使坏死区减压,重建血循环,又使干细胞向骨原细胞分化,并使同种异体骨进行骨传导及骨诱导而形成新骨,完成坏死区修复。
