摘要
本文利用有限元数值计算方法对磁流体密封结构进行了分析。在对磁流体单级密封齿形研究基础上,提出了一种新型多级密封齿形结构。经计算其密封压差能比传统的矩形密封齿形结构提高十几个百分点,最后给出了具有这种新齿形“磁回路”各参数设计的取值范围。
Magnetic fluid seal structure is analyzed by the finite element method (FEM) in this article. On the basis of research on the tooth -shape of single stage seal, a new type tooth - shape of multistage seal is suggested. Through calculation, the seal pressure can be increased by more than ten percent comparing to the traditional rectangle tooth - shape. And the design ranges of all parameters of the magnetic circuit with this type tooth-shape are offered in the end.
