摘要
对端面气膜密封的密封坝不带自由流槽的优越结构,其径向泄漏所流行应用的经典理论计算,结果偏高,误差较大。本文将采用修正准一维可压流分析方法,考察有关压差、坝宽、膜厚及旋转效应对径向泄漏流大小及其出现阻塞流的影响。
The classic theory is oftem used in calculating radial leakage for superior structure of sealing dam without free flow groove in gas film face seal. But its result is on the high side and its error is quite high.The revisory quasi - one - dimensional compressible flow method is used to investigate the influence of pressure ratio, dam width, film thickness and rotation on the radial leakage flow and occurrence of the choked flow.
