摘要
选用具有不同化学结构和分子极性的添加剂分别与添加剂OPZ复配。四球机测试表明不同水基液摩擦系数随载荷的变化特点有较大差异。通过对俄歇能谱测试结果及添加剂结构的分析,采用竞争吸附机理对添加剂复配情况下的摩擦学行为进行了解释。
Several additives with various chemical composition and molecular polarity were composted with the base additive OPZ. Four ball results show that friction coefficient of the composite fluid decrease with the increasing of nonnal load in different rate. Coupled with the Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) examination result and analyses of the additives' chemical structure, competitive adsorption is suggested to explain this tribologi-cal phenomenon.
