摘要
协庄矿钢丝绳带式输送机,于1998年6月进行了数控改造。采用“德国西门子”和日本“欧姆龙”公司的先进技术设备———SLMOREGK、6RA24、C200H,代替原感应式整流调压装置,对钢缆机原煤提升电控系统,成功地完成了全数字化改造。使矿井生产能力提高12%;事故率降低90%;年节电860000kWh;节约原材料投入及事故损失费用每年达160万元。
The steel cable belt conveyer of Xie Zhuang Coal mine is transformed successfully in June,1998 by numeral control instead of the inductor-controlled rectifying device.This transformation used the advanced installations(SLMOREGK,6RA24,C200H,made in SIEMENS of German and COMRON of Japan)has succeeded in creasing production capacity by 12%,decreasing accidents by 90%,saving electricity 86 000kWh annually and saving the payment of 1,600,000 yuan for raw materials and accidents.
