微型CT建立数字化三维牙颌模型初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的 利用微型CT对牙颌印模进行扫描,探索新的数字化三维牙颌模型的建立方法.方法 使用硅橡胶印模材料对石膏模型制取印模,利用微型CT对印模进行扫描,并通过VGStudioMAX和Imageware逆向工程软件对数据进行图像重建和处理.结果 通过微型CT系统扫描和逆向工程软件重建,得到了数字化三维牙颌模型,其层厚为90 μm.结论 利用微型CT直接扫描硅橡胶牙颌印模,可成功建立数字化三维牙颌模型,为今后的研究提供了一种新的数字化三维牙颌模型建立方法. Objective To establish a three-dimensional digital dental model through scanning dental impression directly with micro-CT. Methods The polyvinyl siloxane(PVS) impression of the plaster model was taken and scanned with micro-CT. VGStudio MAX and Imageware softwares were used to obtain the digital dental model. Results The three-dimensional digital model was established successfully. The scanning layer was 90 μm. Conclusions A new way of establishing the digital dental models could be achieved with micro-CT.
