牙本质混合层降解及其与牙本质粘接耐久性的关系 被引量:11

摘要 粘接耐久性是指粘接修复体耐受体内外老化的能力,通常反映在修复体老化后边缘渗漏和粘接强度的变化上[1].混合层(hybrid layer)是牙本质粘接的关键区域,其与牙本质粘接质量的关系紧密[2].现就混合层的结构、混合层的降解机制、混合层与牙本质粘接耐久性的关系以及如何提高混合层质量、促进牙本质粘接耐久性4个方面作一综述.
