摘要
分析了切削用量对金刚石薄膜涂层刀具损伤形式的影响，并对金刚石薄膜涂层刀具和硬质合金刀具切削 Ａｌ１２％ Ｓｉ合金的耐磨性进行了对比试验。
The influence of cutting conditions on the breakage form of diamond film coated tools is analyzed.And comparative expriments are done to contrast the wear resistances during cutting Al 12%Si alloy between diamond film coated tools and carbide tools.
