摘要
研究的合金是以QRO90优质热作模具钢为基体。以WC为硬质相的钢结合金。研究淬火回火工艺对合金组织和性能的影响。试验表明,淬火回火温度对合金性能有显著影响,合金经1000℃淬火,560℃回火,可以获得抗弯强度、硬度和冲击韧性综合性能优异的合金。
In this paper,the alloy is composed of high-temperature die steel QRO90 matrix and hard phase WC. The effect ofquenching-tempering condition on the alloy properties has been investigated. The experiment results shown that effect ofquenching-tempering temperature on the alloy properties is evident. Alloy has better bending strength, hardness and impact toughness, and so high comprehensive properties of the alloy can be achieved.
