摘要
以大量统计数据为依据,通过对宏观孔洞大小和数量分布的分析以及对宏观孔洞与污垢度相关性的分析,证明了宏观孔洞检测法比污垢度检测法更具合理性和科学性,这对于消除对外交流中存在的技术壁垒,促进我国硬质合金内部缺陷控制由污垢度向宏观孔洞过渡具有极为重要的意义。
On the basis of large quantities of statistical data,this paper shows that the macropore-testing method is much betterthan the filthiness testing method rationally and scientifically,through the analysis of the size and the number distribution ofmacropores and the co-relation between filthiness and macropores. This is very important for eliminating the technical obstacles existing in the external exchange and urging the substitution of the macropore method for the filthiness method in the internal deflect control in our country.
