摘要
根据硬质合金生产中的制粉工艺对振动干燥机的要求，分析了设备在生产维修操作等方面的不足，着重从电机功率等有关参数的设计计算，以及在设备结构上进行改进、完善，满足了生产需要，投资效益良好。
In order to adapt vibratory drier to product cemented carbide power, the author analyzes the failure of vibratory drier inproduction and repairing,gives point to calculate relative parameter of electric generator and improves the construetion of vibractory drier. It contented production and acquired good profit.
