摘要
目的了解住院患者腹膜透析液中病原菌的分布及耐药现状。方法采用BACTEC9120全自动血培养仪培养腹膜透析液标本,其阳性标本转种后用API鉴定系统鉴定到种,然后按K-B法进行药敏测试。结果送检的448份腹膜透析液中,检出病原菌156株,其中革兰阳性球菌占67.95%,革兰阴性杆菌占32.05%;所有的革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素,替考拉宁保持良好的敏感性。结论腹膜透析液中的病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,及时了解腹膜透析液培养结果对于合理使用抗菌药物提高治愈率具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in peritoneal dialysis solution and their drug-resistance in our hospital. METHODS The peritoneal dialysis solution cultivated in the BACTEC9120 system and positive samples were identified by the API system. The K-B method was carried out for the drug-sensitivity test. RESULTS From the 448 peritoneal dialysis solution samples received, we identified 156 strains of pathogens in which Gram positive cocci accounted for 67.95%, Gram-negative bacilli for 32.05%. All Gram-positive cocci to vancomycin and teicopianin maintain a good sensitivity. CONCLUSION The major pathogens in peritoneal dialysis solution are Gram-positive cocci. It is very important for doctors to get the results of peritoneal dialysis solution culture in time in order to give the patients correct antibiotic therapy and to improve the cure rate.
