国际关系的退化机制分析：一项研究议程

国际关系在行为体之间的有意识互动中形成并发生变化,变化的方向既可能是正向演化也可能是逆向演化。作者提出了一个"国际关系退化机制"的研究议程,聚焦国际关系中无处不在的逆向演化问题。现有的国际关系演化成果带有明显的"进化偏见",对国际关系的逆向演化问题视而不见,凸显了国际关系退化机制研究的学理意义。国际关系的退化机制分析具有多条研究路径和丰富的研究内容,作者把进化与退化的道德含义抽象掉,以合作和冲突之间的转化趋势界定进化和退化,进而在借鉴一些间接相关文献的基础上,提出了它的四个主要研究问题,分别是进化和退化的含义、机制的类型及相互关系、国际关系变化的动因以及社会化的过程和机制。

International relationship emerged and evolved during conscious interactions between actors. The direction of the evolution could either be positive or negative. This article proposes a research agenda on the regression mechanism of international relationship, focusing on a prevalent phenomenon of negative evolution. The existing literature of the evolution of international relationship bears an obvious 'progress bias', turning a blind eye to its negative evolution. Therefore, the regression mechanism of international relationship is of great academic significance and the research should focus on the following sub-agendas: the connotation of 'progression' and 'regression', typologies of mechanism and their mutual relationship, the motivation for changes in international relations,and the process and mechanism of socialization.
