摘要
在研究加工中心几何精度合 理检验方案 的基础上, 对 I S O 新颁国际 标准( 草案) I S O/ D I S10791 的几何精度部分和原行业内部标准 J B/ G Q114089 加工中心精度部分进行了简要评析,指出虽然 I S O/ D I S10791 新标准较 J B/ G Q1140 - 89 旧标准的检验法更加严密、合理,但尚有漏检或易引起争议等需商讨的问题。
In order to rationize geometric accuracy tests for machining centers, the geometric acuracy testing part of the new draft international standard ISO/DIS10791 is compared and analyzed with the relative Departmental Standard JB/G01140-89 of the Mechanical Engineering Industry. Although the new standard is more reasonable and stricter than that of present one, still there are some such problems as some test projects are uncertain or even missed. In this paper, some suggestions are proposed for establishing our new standard.
