摘要
目的:优选玉竹二氢高异黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以3种玉竹二氢高异黄酮提取量为指标,采用正交试验法对乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量和提取时间进行优选。结果:玉竹二氢高异黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:12倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:为玉竹二氢高异黄酮工业化生产提供理论依据。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process for the homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.Method:The optimum extraction condition was selected by orthogonal design,including ethanol solution concentration,solvent to material ratio,and extraction time.The content of three homoisoflavones was determined by HPLC.Result:The optimum extraction process was as follows: extracting twice with 12 times amount of 80% aqueous ethanol for 1 h.Conclusion:The study will provide theoretic basis for the industrialization of homoisoflavones from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.
