摘要
目的:探讨黄连-厚朴酸碱药对不同配伍比例对和厚朴酚、厚朴酚溶出的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄连-厚朴药对煎煮液中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量。结果:和厚朴酚在黄连∶厚朴=1∶3时溶出最多,厚朴酚在黄连∶厚朴=1∶1时溶出最多,两者总量在黄连∶厚朴1∶1时最高,2∶1时最低。结论:黄连-厚朴不同配伍比例对和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的溶出有影响,可能与黄连中的生物碱有关。
Objective:To study the influence of different compatibilities between Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex on dissolution of honokiol and magnolol.Method:High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of honokiol and magnolol in all decoctions of Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.Result:The maximum content of honokiol and magnolol was extrated when the ratio of Coptis to Magnolia was 1∶ 3 and 1∶ 1 respectively.The maximun total content of both components was extracted when the ratio was 1∶ 1 and the minimum when the ratio was 2∶ 1.Conclusion:Different compatibilities ratios between Coptidis Rhizoma and Magnolia Officinalis Cortex affected the dissolution of honokiol and magnolol,and it was probably related to the berberine alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma.
