Studies on Chemical Constituents of Rhizophora stylosa

摘要 目的:研究红海榄的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化;采用化合物的理化性质和NMR,IR,MS等波谱方法对各单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从红海榄中分离得到了7个化合物,它们分别是:β-香树脂醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、白桦脂酸(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、芦丁(5)、D-甘露醇(6)和六十炔烃(7)。结论:化合物1,2,3,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Rhizophora stylosa.Method:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph.Their structures were elucidated through their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis such as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and FT-IR.Result: Eight compounds were isolated from R.stylosa,they were identified as β-amyrin(1),stigmasterol(2),betulinic acid(3),daucosterol(4),rutin(5),D-mannitol(6) and sixty alkyne(7).Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,3,6 and 7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
