复方山菊对自发性高血压大鼠重要器官及尿酸的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Fufang Shanju on Vital Organs and Uric Acid in Spontaneous Hypertension Rats

摘要 目的:观察复方山菊口服给药对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)重要器官及尿酸的影响。方法:16周雄性SHR 35只,随机分为SHR组(蒸馏水5 mL·kg-1)、复方山菊高、中、低(0.45,0.15,0.05 g·kg-1)剂量组、卡托普利(0.03 g·kg-1)阳性对照组,每组7只。另设WKY正常对照组(蒸馏水5 mL.kg-1)7只。每日ig给药1次,连续16周。于末次给药后称体重,腹主动脉取血测血浆肝肾功能及尿酸含量,取心肝肾,称湿质量并计算脏器系数。结果:复方山菊中、低剂量组左心室脏器系数、高剂量组全心、左心室脏器系数均低于模型组(P<0.05);复方山菊各剂量组对肝肾功能均无明显影响,但呈剂量依赖性降低血尿酸作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方山菊具有改善SHR心肌肥厚,降低血尿酸作用,对肝肾功能无明显影响。卡托普利无降低血尿酸作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of Fufang Shanju on vital organs and uric acid in spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR).Method: Thirty-five male SHR aged 16-weeks were randomly divided into SHR group(distilled water 5 mL·kg-1),high medium and low(0.45,0.15,0.05 g·kg-1) dose groups of Fufang Shanju,Captopril(0.03 g·kg-1) positive control group(n=7 each).Moreover,7 WKY rats were used as normal control group(distilled water 5 mL·kg-1).SHR were intragastrically administrated once daily in 16 weeks.After the last adminstration,they were weighed,taken blood from abdominal aorta,detected hepatic and renal function and uric acid in the blood plasma.Hearts,livers and kidneys were taken,weighed and calculated organ coefficient.Result: Compared with model group,the left ventricle coefficient for the medium and low dose groups of Fufang Shanju and the whole-heart and left ventricle coefficient of high dose group were significantly lower(P0.05).There were no obvious effects on hepatic and renal function in each dose group of Fufang Shanju.However,plasma uric acid showed decrease in dose-dependent manner(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion: Fufang Shanju can improve cardiac hypertrophy and reduce uric acid in blood plasma of SHR.Also,there are no obvious effects of hepatic and renal function.Captopril shows no effect on reducing plasma uric acid.
