摘要
研究了淬火、双级时效工艺参数对7475厚板组织、性能的影响。确定了T7351状态厚板的生产工艺制度,即淬火温度470℃、转移时间不大于25s、预拉伸量1.5%~2.5%、双级时效制度:107℃、8h+163℃、30h。试验结果表明,该厚板具有良好的抗应力腐蚀性能,其技术指标达到美国AMS4202A《74-T7351合金厚板》标准的要求。
The influences of the quenching and dual aging process on the structure and properties of 7475 alloy plates are studied. The producing processes of T7351 temper plate are established, which is quenching temperature 470℃, quenching transfer time 25 s, stretch leveling ratio 1.5%~2.5%, the dual aging process 107℃, 8h+160℃, 30h. The test results show that the 7475-T7351 plates have good stress corrosion resistance. Their properties meet the AMS4202A《7475-T7351 alloy plate》standard.
