摘要
通过生产观察与实验分析找出了模具与铝合金型材摩擦副间在热状态干摩擦条件下产生机械纹的因素。探索出一套消除机械纹的工艺措施。提出了铝型材表面机械纹的产生模式机理。
The factors causing the mechanical lines between die and aluminium alloys section under the heat and dry friction condition are discovered through practical observation and experimental analyses. A processing method has been found out to eliminate the mechanical line. The forming mode and mechanism of the surface mechanical lines of aluminium section are presented.
