The characteristic of libraries is the sum of the durable and stable developing method which is accumulated in a long-term process,quality management concepts,service mode,resources and culture construction which is socially recognized.The construction of library characteristic should be built through six paths,such as scientific orientation,concept innovation,distinctive collection,recruiting eminent librarians,creating the perfect and noble culture and providing quality services.
