摘要
在分析砂箱内部加速度分布与压力的作用下模样流变行为的基础之上,通过数学方法推导不同边界条件下,聚苯乙烯(EPS)板弯曲变形的勒夫级数解的待定参数,并将其应用于消失模箱体件在紧实过程中所出现变形缺陷的计算分析上,结果表明:箱体件敝口向上、采用顶注工艺与分层加砂紧实工艺可防止模样产生较大变形。
Based on relating mechanical model of EPS rheology behavior and the distribution of acceleration withinsand box, which concerns Levy progressional result of rectangular deformation through mathematical derivation under various boundary conditions. The result is apply to the computerized analysis of EPS deformation in compressing process.Investigation has show that the application of filling way a layer of Sand by a layer and top pouring process are generallyeffective in elimination heavy defomation of box casting.
