虚拟社区学习动力机制研究——以新浪UC网络社区为例 被引量:10

摘要 随着各层次精品课程、教学名师评选将网络学习资源列为重要条件,以课程教学为单元的网络课程建设得到了快速发展,随之而来的是虚拟学习社区数量的扩张。然而这些花费大量人力、财力建设的网络学习环境实际效果却不理想,一些虚拟学习社区访问者寥寥无几、无人问津,有些甚至根本没有启用。然而,一些社会型虚拟学习社区却有着一番不同的景象,以新浪UC网络社区为例,这里不但有年少与年老的对话、天南与海北的讨论,还有专业人士的无偿师资以及学员的积极贡献。二者差别何在?为此,本研究以新浪UC天涯PS学习社区为个案,运用社会网络分析方法对UC网络教育动力机制进行了系统深入地分析,试图为学校虚拟社区切实发挥实效提出建议。
